Paul Taunton has over 25 years of vast business experience ranging from company start-ups, retail, custom manufacturing, corporate branding, and development of residential & business real estate. Mr. Taunton is currently President/CEO of Business Impact Group (BIG).
Prior to Business Impact Group, Mr. Taunton founded the Athletic Fitters, a chain of retail stores specializing in athletic footwear and apparel. Over a fourteen year period Athletic Fitters received many national awards as it expanded its store footprint to 17 states and 104 locations. Athletic Fitters became the largest privately held specialty retailer of athletic footwear and apparel in the US. Athletic Fitters was sold to Footlocker in 1998, not before achieving 14 straight years of sales and profit growth.
Peter Vos has over 10 years of experience working as a controller and CFO in the business wholesale and consumer retail industry. Prior to joining Business Impact Group, Mr. Vos had full financial responsibilities for various new company start-ups including garment manufacturing companies. He also worked in public accounting for 5 years and has a CPA license. He is in charge of all finance and human resource related items as well as overseeing client and supplier agreements.
Marc Powers has over 6 years of experience within account management sales. Prior to joining Business Impact Group, Mr. Powers worked for Ashworth where he was the Manager of the Corporate Sales Department. He joined the company in 2004 and in 2006 he assumed his current role in which he is responsible for new and existing business development and sales related initiatives.
