We believe diverse perspectives lead to better decisions and stronger results, which is why DEI is embedded into our leadership agenda through ongoing succession planning, dedicated initiatives, and regular HR-led engagement to ensure every employee is seen, supported, and empowered.
Succession Planning
Succession planning is a cornerstone of our culture because we believe people shape a company, not the other way around. This belief is reflected in the fact that over 99% of middle and upper management roles are filled internally, with every leader rising from an entry-level position within TEAM BIG. Nearly 50% of our leadership team is composed of women, and our diverse workforce spanning cultures, educational backgrounds, and military service reflecting our commitment to inclusive growth, equal opportunity, and long-term investment in our people.

Carbon Footprint
We leverage our engagement technology to drive real, measurable carbon reduction. Through strategic supplier partnerships, we planted 5 million trees in just 12 months and are on track to reach 10 million next. Forest restoration remains a core focus of our sustainability efforts, as each tree can capture and store up to 48 pounds of carbon per year—making reforestation one of the most effective ways to reduce greenhouse gas impact.
Giving back to the community has always been an important focus here at Business Impact Group. We want to ensure our internal community (that’s YOU!) has an outlet where BIG can possibly help to support those critical needs as well. The BIG HEART program was established to help employees who may be going through tough life situations and would benefit from some additional financial support of up to $500 to help them work through a particularly stressful situation. Employees can nominate themselves or be nominated by their peers or supervisor/manager to receive support from BIG to make their current situations a little better—this may range from financial support for repairs or bills or gas money to meals to a household item that would make an impact to the day-to-day.
